AES took the time to get to know our business before they tried to get us to sign a contract. Will had been out to see us several times before we signed a contract and had done a couple of site visits with his CEC accredited Solar Engineer and Installation team. This allowed them to do a detailed inspection of our buildings and get all the information they needed in order to put together a detailed system design and determine the most appropriate technical layout. Ultimately they were able to demonstrate how their system was able to provide us with a substantial reduction in our energy costs over a long period of time.

As part of the service that is included with our commercial solar installation, AES set us up with online system monitoring so that we can keep track of the performance of our system. A couple of months after our installation was complete Will came in to see us and provided us with a report on our systems performance which was extremely informative and helped us to understand exactly what the system was doing for us. More importantly it showed us that the system was doing exactly as it should have been, saving us the amount of money that was forecast on the original proposal which was presented to us. It is that integrity that I think you will also notice about Will and the AES team. Also AES will be providing us with regular performance reports on our system so that we can keep track of everything.

Overall I have been extremely happy with my experience with Will and the AES team and I would recommend their commercial solar services.

Within a fortnight of our initial contact with AES, Will Hall, General Manager, inspected our site conditions, roof layout and building direction. Working together with us to design a solar system that could both minimize our draw from the grid and provide a detailed ROI tender. But most importantly, AES designed and quoted a system that suited our needs.

Before we signed a contract with AES, one of their CEC accredited engineers carried out another site inspection and the team at AES were ever ready to answer any questions that we had. It was this level of customer service that set them apart from their opposition and a major factor in awarding them the contract.

Once contracts exchanged, the level of service and communication never wavered. We were kept fully informed on the progress, delivery and installation of the system. If there were any possible pending delays, that information was also provided in a timely manner.

The system itself is doing what we were told it would do. If anything, it is performing better than our expectations. To have your energy provider ring within two days of commissioning to inquire if everything was OK and if we were working speaks volume.

In summary, my dealings with the team at AES were a pleasurable surprise. Their professional and knowledgeable approach is to be commended.
